Hello My name is Rod, my dog is named Rudy. I have been around alot of breeds in my life. I think this breed has changed my view on every other breed. I will always have a boerboel.
Hi Rod! .... & welcome!
Hello Rod, welcome! I know what you mean :)
Hi!!!
I'm new here and want to share my favorite pet ofcourse. Tito, my boerboel, loves to play with my two rabbits and he likes to sleep with Caroline, our turtle!
Sometimes he looks like Droopy, but acts like a 'real' killer!! ;-))))
Welcome Pamela! Looks like you have your hands full :) Your boerboel sounds like a really sweet boy, thanks for sharing him with us.

Thank you, everybody!! He is really great. I've been breeding Great Danes in the past, wich had a lot of victories, but once I met a boerboel 13 years ago, I was sold. This is my first one, but not my last!!! :-)

Hello all,
My name is Lynn Carradine-Hailey. I currently run Nobilis Kennels in Topeka, KS. We are currently working with standard type working American Bulldogs and Shorty Bulls and have added 2 South African Boerboels 2 years ago. I am not new to the breed as I imported my first boerboel in 2000 with many to follow. I actually met my husband through a quite stubborn boerboel who disliked females so I had to employ a friend and his roommate to help me socialize the dog and the roommate ended up sticking around ;) Anyhow We have high standards for all of our dogs and believe that they should fit the standards that have been set for them as working dogs. We love a pretty dog but Temperament, Health and Ability come first here. I have worked dogs in Schutzhund, Mondioring, Obedience Trials, Irondog, Hog Hunting, etc and have attained goals such as a Mondioring 1 on an American Bulldog(Currently the only AB alive with a MR1 and the 5th AB to ever attain the title) which we are hoping to attain the Mondioring 2 this year with(Will be the 2nd AB ever in the world or 1st AB in the US to attain and only AB alive with title) and work closely with the Kansas Working Dog Club on working events and fun events for all breeds. I am on the hunt for South African Boerboels that can work a job, come home and snuggle the kids, go out and guard the farm, live past 7 years of age and have impressive size without losing graceful movement and agility.
Welcome Lynn, good to have you here. Glad to have someone with your experience and knowledge around the site, and maybe you can share some with us. :) Look forward to seeing more from you. Once again welcome, and if you have any questions please let us know. Enjoy the site!
