Hello Kay, and thanks for the comment.  This is a database setup for anyone to submit to.  I put a lot of thought into what you mentioned, and more before I decided to put it up.  I even started to do a Top boerboel breeders list.  However  I am neither judge nor jury when it comes to boerboel breeders.  It would be to difficult to honestly do so if not impossible.  So many have their own opinions on what makes a great breeder, and also what makes a true boerboel.  There are sites that all breeders have to do is pay to be on a list to be seen rather they are good or not.  Research must always be done no matter what.  Even the greatest boerboel breeders will have complaints, in the end its how they handle the problem that defines them.  We also just can't go on what we see, and hear without knowing all the facts.  I would love to be able to visit every breeder, and review them but that is just not possible.  I would also love for more here to get involved, and share their experiences with breeders.  Though it seems people are always quick to complain than compliment when it comes to things like this.  Ultimately it is up to the buyer to do their research when looking for a breeder.  Thats why this site, and others are here to help in anyway we can.  Breeders do have the option to add any info they would like, and I would like to see more of that. Look at this list as a phone book but with the freedom to add more info.  Its just another tool for members to use here, and its up to them on how they choose to use it.  I will try to add more questions to list that will help breeders respond more about.  Thanks again for your comment, and your involvement here, its much appreciated.

Is this just a list of people that produce pups, or ETHICAL breeders? Has anyone on this list been recomended and or had complaints lodged against them? I have seen complaints on a few of these breeders online, not a breeder I would recomend, maybe this list should add good and bad comments as well as those that are active with their dogs, (obedience/protection/rally/herding titles) and those that just mass produce from kennel dogs, also include the health tests (if any) that each breeder does, hips/elbows/heart/eyes to name a few tests.
