I recently had Mason's hips and elbows evaluated and he scored very well. His elbows are clear on OFA evaluation and his PennHip distraction index scores are .40 on the left and .43 on the right. That puts him in the top 30% of the breed. He was evaluated and scored at 83.9% by SABT at about 17 months old. I plan to have him reevaluated this fall now that he has filled out a bit. As of now, he is available for stud service.

I was the individual that was in front of you to get a male from the Rani x Magic litter his picture is the profile picture ( Mason).I waited nearly two years for a black male. I am writing you to discuss him with you, mostly because my female boerboel is not warming to him at all and you are a vet! I figured you would be a good person to ask. We have only had him a week and she hasn't relented at all!

Hi James, sorry to hear the bad news buddy, it happened to me a couple of times also, hang in there, as they say everything happens for a reason. keep your chin-up.

Thing actually went very well with our Spitsvuur purchase. We were naturally very hesitant at first to send all that money overseas to someone we had never even met, but after reading tons on the web and talking to a few others who had made or were making similar purchases, we decided to pull the trigger. It took about 3 weeks from the time we wired our money to the day we received Odin, but he's been a real pleasure and I got exactly what I wanted. The poor little guy was in his shipping crate for 24 hours but he seemed to handle it fairly well. I told Lukas that I wanted a black male and was on the waiting list for a couple months (and was expecting to wait longer) but he e-mailed me and said another buyer had dropped out. One scary thing was that Odin's litter wasn't actually on Lukas' property (Rani lives with friends of his) so he had only seen the litter himself a handful of times and he couldn't give me accurate information on the temperament of the pups, just information about the parents. In the end we decided to do a leap of faith but have been very happy with the result. Odin is a real sweety. Feel free to ask other questions as they occur to you.
