Home Of The Rare Breed.
We had a couple of friends become Boerboel owners and we fell in love! We have done all our homework and know we would love to have a reverse brindle boerboel pup to add to our family. If anyone has any information on who may have one that is ready to go a great home, please let us know!
Thank you!!

Marco, I agree 100% with you, especially in terms of not being able to visit the breeder and actually see and meet the mom and dad of the pup. Especially also the interaction between breeder and dogs. Yes, colour shouldn't play a role in choice of a pup, but some people would like a pup with a specific colouring. This is where the breeder needs to play a role to ensure that if it is indeed a dominant pup people are getting, how to raise it correctly. Spending the first 8 to 10 weeks with a pup tells us (the breeder) who is dominant in the litter because we are personally involve with our pups.
Marco, don't worry, if a puppy with the specific colouring is born, we will assist Shawna to the best of our ability and give her the necessary information she and her family requires.
Thank you all for your concern and that is what makes this site special is the attention given to making sure all have th erequired knowledge to properly care for a Boerboel. WE have done extensive research and though we ay not be able to spend time with Tokkie directly we have friends who have boerboels and have spent quality time with the breed. Tokkie has been very informative as well as a few other breeders that we have spoken to so we are deffinately not lacking in the understanding of the time and attention that needs to be given to this breed. Yes we are looking for a specific color as a preference for our pet companion and that in no way clouds the fact that we have spent many hours/days/ now months getting familiar with what we are bringing home to be a part of family.
Take a look at Mt. Olympus Boerboel @ http://olympusboerboel.com/index.html. Richard and his wife Michelle have an amazing operation with beautiful, healthy, and well tempered Boerboels. I had the opportunity to visit their location and they truly care about their dogs. Not sure about the reverse brindle but call or email and Richard will be glad to provide details. My boy, Nostradamus (Nas), came from them and he is a wonderful dog. I can't say enough about them. You can reach them at 469-223-7724, or email: richard2613@sbcglobal.net
Thank you so very much Nichole!
Hi Shawna, I saw this post a while back and stumbled across a dog you might like today. The dog is
and the breeder is Tyson Boerboel. Here is the link...

Hope this helps!
Nicole, may I ask how old your Nas is? And who are his parents? I had a dog born June 13th, 2009 from Mars and Rhea and she was far from a good dog health wise and temperment wise. I am glad that you got a good one aside from the skin issues.
