Katana Is Missing!

Its with a heavy heart I make this post on here letting everyone know that Katana, our one year old boerboel is missing. As of early morning on July 4th we believe she was taken from our backyard. She has never wanted to leave our property without us with her. We have searched our neighborhood, knocked on doors, and posted flyers. We are in the process of posting more in pet stores, and anywhere else we can think of. Please keep us in your prayers as we continue to search for her. We miss her very much!

Thank you Lee. Prayers have helped because the picture above, along with a interview of my wife, and daughter will be on the news tonight at 10pm.  I think it will be a big help in searching for her.  Keep them coming.

One of the main reasons why we think she was taken was because at work the night before someone was asking about my dogs. They already knew the street I lived on, and was asking me all kinds of questions about them. Where they came from, the cost to purchase, temperament, and so on. I didn't think anything of it at the time cause I am always talking about them. Its one thing I always get on my wife, and daughter about, is not to give out to much info on them. I can't help but question that, and I just hope shes ok.  Whenever shes out with us she has never wanted to leave the area, always stay close.  In fact normally standing in-between my legs or beside them. This was also before all the fire works that night, but they have been going on all week.  She never showed any signs of them bothering her.

Marco, sooo sorry to hear! My stomach dropped when I read this. I could never imagine having an animal come up missing. They are like children to us and sure everyone else feels the same. I will deffinately put her and your family in my prayers!

Marco... I'm praying for a safe return of Katana... I couldn't imagine the feeling, how are your kids holding up? I'll be praying for you and your family along with Katana.

I hope the murderer is caught... I can't believe someone would do that to her.  It will take time, but I hope that one day you and your family will find some peace.  I'm the kiddos are having a hard time, as well as you and your wife, let the love of your family help to get you through this awful time.  Praying for y'all.

Oh no, very very sorry to hear that. I hope you find her soon. I would be devastated if any of ours went missing. We r as paranoid so we have built a double fence so they can't get to the gate. Who would dare take a boerboel!

I don't know what to think or say. I am so sorry man. You didn't deserve this, no one does. You are in my prayers buddy. My blood is running cold after reading what Midhad posted on the chat about Katana. I am so sorry.
