Thank you for letting me join the Boerboel community. My wife and I dogs lovers and over the years have had many different breeds of dogs.
A friend of ours told us about the new dog he'd gotten and after seeing his dog we immediately fell in love with the breed.
We want to learn as much as we can first about BB and not take their needs lightly. We are considering buying a pup or adopting in the future.

I have a 5 month old female, Ziva from MidAtlantic (Jaap x Bella) I have issues with her ears, have been working with the breeder and we have glued them 3 times with no success. Each time they stayed glued for 5-7 days with no luck, any suggestions.

Our 12 week old Boerboel wants to drink water - she has had a urinary infection that we have been treating.. but this is crazy... she searches for mud puddles, rain, condensation... drinks until she is miserable and burping then lays around and pees... potty training is near impossible as she is more interested in water than life... ANY IDEAS? See More

Please, I need help. My dog hardly drinks water and tries to pee many times. But every time I pee, pee 3 or 4 drops. Peed 8 times in 3 minutes.
