Symmetrical Hair loss

Our 1 1/2 year old has two spots that she is losing hair. The spots that she is losing hair are symmetrically placed on her back just before her hip area. They are about as big around as a golf ball. She doesn't scratch at them or act like they bother her at all. We had our vet do a full blood screen and urinalysis and nothing was out of the ordinary. I thought initially it could be a thyroid issue but he said that the levels were in the "normal" range. She is eating normally. Her activity hasn't increased or decreased and she hasn't had any changes in environment other than the warmer weather. We did try a round of antibiotics to clear away any potential skin bacterial issues and have been washing her once a week with a universal medicated shampoo. Anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas?

Brandon I am very sorry to hear Zuli is having more problems.  It seems like a ongoing battle  What I think you should do as soon as possible is take her over to Shively Animal Clinic on Dixie Hwy, they have several awesome vets that can look at her.  Phone number is [phone]  The one you are at now its just him who is great, but having more vets on hand you have a better chance that someone has delt with it.  I know its a drive for you but I have gone to Shively Animal Clinic for over 20 years they are the best pet hospital I know of.  First ask for Dr. Sarah she is amazing, and will spend as much time with you as you need.  Shes never acts like she rushed even when that place is always busy.  They are all pretty great over there.  Just call me for more details if you would like 502-439-0066 anytime.  I did some looking around online, and came across these two links below, see if helps you any.  You both are in my prayers, and thoughts.  Please keep me posted.
