Customize your page

 

Your Profile Page comes with your very own Blog, where you can express your opinions and gain a following. Your Profile Page also has a Text Box, a versatile feature where you can add widgets, embed videos and insert links to other websites.

 

Update your profile

 

To change any of your profile information on the Network, sign in and click the "Settings" link in the upper right corner of the page.  From this page, you can update your profile information in multiple ways. You can update your name, change your email address, or password, correct your location or age, and update your photo. You can also view and change the web address of your Profile Page and the email adress you can send photos and videos to from your mobile device.

 

Change the layout of your Profile Page

 

You can move features around your Profile Page to personalize your space. To do so, click on "My Page". Then, hover your mouse on the title bar of the module you would like to move. If it can be moved, a small crosshair icon will appear to the left. Now just click and drag the module to the desired spot.  Certain features on your Profile Page cannot be moved. This includes your profile photo, basic information, and the My Friends box in the left column of the page. Additionally, it's not possible to drag anything to or from the right column. This keeps things simple and easy to navigate across the Network.

 

Customize the theme of your Profile Page

 

By default, your profile page automatically takes The Community theme and appearance settings. You can change the theme and appearance of your own profile page.  To do so go to the settings option to the right of your page.  Then from there select select the My Page option from the left.  After that you will see were yo can select the appearance.  There are a lot of themes to choose from and more added over time.

 

Add apps to your page

 

To add an App to your My Apps page, click on the "+ Add Apps" link that appears in the left column of your profile page, beneath your photo.  This will take you to the My Apps Directory, where you can browse all Apps or view them by category.  When you find an App that you'd like to add, click on the "Add to My Apps Page" button and then confirm by clicking "Add App" button. The App will now appear on your My Apps page!  You can also add an App that does not appear in the directory. To do this, click on the "+ Add By URL" link at the bottom of the My Apps Directory page.  You can enter the address of any compatible unlisted App to My Page and click the "Add App" button.  After confirming by clicking the "OK" button, the App will be added to your My Apps page. You can add up to five Apps.
