Caberet Pavarotti (93.3%) Hips 1-1, Elbows 1-2. Stud Register. Shoulder height 70 cm. South African National Senior and Grand Champion 2007. Caberet Pavarotti was not only the highest scored dog of his time, he was also the National Champion and the benchmark for breeding males to come. He was the first male that sired progeny with correct rump and top lines that resulted in dogs with proper angulation and movement. Pavarotti was the closest to the perfect dog for his time that you can get. He left progeny all over the world that made a major contribution to the improvement of the breed. One of his greatest assets was that, despite the fact that he was a large dog and a very successful show dog, he was still a working dog, agile enough to do his part. He will not only be remembered for his breeding and show abilities, but mostly for his companionship. He was indeed a legend in his own time. We were indeed privileged to have had the opportunity to live with him for his whole life. Although he will not be missed as a breeding dog, for there are enough frozen semen stored, he will be missed for his personality. - Lukas van Vuuren
